ART DIRECTION, DESIGN, AND PRODUCT PHOTGRAPHY/STYLING

I provided art direction, design, and product photography/styling for Walnut Hollow, crafting visuals that effectively tell their brand story. This work spanned advertising, direct-to-consumer books, and product photography, ensuring a cohesive and engaging presentation across multiple platforms.

Through thoughtful styling, lighting, and composition, I created product imagery that highlights the quality and functionality of Walnut Hollow’s tools and materials. The goal was to showcase the brand in a way that resonates with both hobbyists and professionals, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted name in wood burning and creative crafting.

Walnut Hollow Tools & Tips Book

One of my first projects with Walnut Hollow was planning and designing the Tools & Tips booklet, sold in Michaels Craft Stores. This book was created to showcase Walnut Hollow’s tools and accessories while providing step-by-step projects, techniques, and expert tips for crafting enthusiasts.

I developed the title, layout, and pagination, ensuring a cohesive and engaging design. The name Tools & Tips was intentionally chosen to highlight both crafting techniques and the interchangeable tool tips used in various projects. Once finalized, the book was professionally printed and distributed in stores, serving as a hands-on guide for customers exploring Walnut Hollow’s creative possibilities.
