Illustrated Leadership Design and Workshop Development

This illus­trat­ed and hand-let­tered design, orig­i­nal­ly cre­at­ed for the Make Art That Sells Illus­tra­tion Boot­camp, pro­motes the qual­i­ties of a cre­ative leader: courage, prob­lem-solv­ing, risk-tak­ing, and adven­ture. Inspired by this con­cept, I devel­oped a work­shop aimed at empow­er­ing indi­vid­u­als and teams to enhance their cre­ativ­i­ty. The work­shop com­bines immer­sive expe­ri­ences with hors­es, nature, and art projects, fos­ter­ing cre­ative growth while reduc­ing stress. This project reflects my pas­sion for blend­ing art, lead­er­ship, and per­son­al devel­op­ment into mean­ing­ful experiences.
